My blog hasn't been very active this year. The gardening season began early and I've been kept quite busy trying to keep up with all that needed to be done. Winter Ice

It's been such a mild winter so far, but I'm OK with that.   The swap themes have enough snow for me. The ice and mountains are from Stampscapes.

Corn Harvest

I'm finally out of the garden.   I'll try to catch up with all the scenes from over the summer, but I'll start with the most recent and go back. Hope you enjoy them.

I've been pretty far behind adding to this blog. The garden- or I should say weeds - have taken over my life.
These scenes were from my copic class at MCC. They are basically the same, with a change of season color.

Barns

Barn scenes are one of my favorite things to stamp. I wanted to share a few of them with you. My scenic copic class is just about over. I'll be sharing those finished scenes soon.

Scene class 102 Lesson 4 alternatives

Here are the last scenes of the scenic classes. I have enjoyed every second of this class. Now I'm on my own again for a while. Thank you so much Sandy H. Now gardening prep time has arrived here in Wisconsin, so I will become quite busy with that.

Here is the first lesson of the Scenic Class 102 from My Creative classroom. Our instructor is Sandy Hulsart. All stamps in these scenes are from Stampscapes.

These are the last of the samples from the first scenic class. I am so happy that I took the class. I've had such a great time and I've learned so much. I'm starting Scenic 102, so you'll be seeing more of the scenes that come with this class.

I didn't have the heron stamp, so I used the vultures for a whimsical scene. The night scene is being shown as a bit of a mistake. The stamp was not cleaned and stamped darker than it should have. I used it for a night scene.

Scenic class - Lesson 1

I decided to take some scenic stamping classes from Sandy H. through My Creative Classroom. I really felt that I need to get motivated again and to get rid of some bad habits and lazy ways. I can only say I am so happy I did. I will be sharing the weekly lessons.

Sutter Indian Princess

I decided to share a scene from the past. All stamps are from Sutter stamps. The embellishment in her hair is an charm attached by a brad. As I looked back over my older scenes, I noticed how my shading of color has changed. All coloring was done with dye ink. I should redo this scene using some color lessons that I have learned over the years.
